In this clip, the Guide clearly outlines the purpose of the call and its objectives right at the beginning.

  1. She let’s the customer know she has reviewed the notes
  2. She wants to review and seek clarity on his notes in order to ensure she understands what he is asking for.
  3. She will notate any additional changes that he requests as they go.
  4. She will get the changes submitted to the builders.
  5. From there it will be about 3 business days for the changes to be completed.
  6. The goal is to publish on the next call.
