Regain Resubmit Permissions

If you are missing Resubmit Permissions, you may need request access to the CTK-Tier3.

  1. Visit: x.co/adgroups
  2. Select group = CTK-Tier3
  3. Justification: Troubleshooting WDS MWP
  4. After confirmation email, wait 2 hours, then try  https://ctk.int.godaddy.com and look for the Felix tile

Verify Permissions

  1. Go here: https://ctk.int.godaddy.com/felix
  2. Search for: 6kr
  3. Locate x2k.bf8.myftpupload.com  and click the “Manage” button on the right-hand side, under the Actions column
  4. Verify you are able to see the Resubmit link under the Actions section
