Technical Clarification

In cases when Alt Tag Automation fails, a Technical Clarification ticket will be created for us to review. After opening the Technical Clarification, we will need to attempt to re-run the automation event.

Resolution

Re-run Succeeds
If automation succeeds, we can proceed with responding to the Technical Clarification and closing the ticket.

Re-Run Fails
If automation fails, we can create a ticket for the vendors to manually add alt tags.
