The items listed below must be discussed with the customer before you schedule their appointment with the Website Specialist II/III. Expectations and logo design process will be explained during their consultation.
Take notes on the following items to the right and use the checklist to keep track of what you've discussed. Make sure they've visited the Our Logo Studio Site and have looked it over before their consultation.

What do the Logo Statuses Mean?
- Ready
– Appointment is set with WS2/WS3 to discuss designs
- Ready for Design
– Ready for the Creative Specialist I to work on 3 logo concepts
- In Progress
– Creative Specialist I is working on logo
- Ready for QA
– Ready for Creative Specialist I to QA logo concepts (other 2 Creative Specialist Is)
- Design QA
– Gets pushed back to original Creative Specialist I that created the logo to make the adjustments
- Needs Edits
– if Creative Specialist I that QA's the logo doesn’t approve goes back to original Creative Specialist I
- Ready for Revisions
– QA Creative Specialist I emails customer the logo concepts
- Revisions in Progress
– Any Creative Specialist I is working on revised logo
- Customer Review
– Customer is reviewing the revised logo
- Ready to Publish
– Revisions are complete and customer approved so CS1 needs to send the final assets
- Done
– Customer received the final assets and projected is done
