- If you are not able to find a feature to match what the customer wants, then what they are asking for is outside of our scope of building.
The customer has the option of using WPPS or going to x.co/hireapro to get help adding something outside of WDS scope to their site.

- Optima Express is the name of the plugin that we use for MLS listings. Their local MLS will essentially license iHomefinder's plugin (Optima Express) which the customer can either purchase an account for through their MLS or iHomefinder directly.
Search the customer number in Jira and provide the sales rep with the reschedule link in the customer’s appointment ticket.
The customer needs to either submit a ticket within their Marketing Services or transfer to WDS to help with troubleshooting.
Inform the sales representative: Only schedule the first appointment and the project lead will handle getting the customer scheduled for the rest of their builds, this includes logo projects as well.

- Summarize for the rep or copy the text from the refund policy of the customer's options and recommend transferring to WDS if they have the option for a refund or want to speak with a supervisor.

- Let the rep know that you have submitted the appointment the customer wants. It will need to be approved but they should be scheduled before EOD.

No, after a website has been removed from an account for longer than 30 days the site has been permanently deleted and is unable to be restored
WDS sales (previously known as S&R) inform the sale rep to transfer the customer to 59055
Inform the sales representative: On the backend of the customers Word Press there is the GD cORe option. Within the GD cORe the customer can update their own plugins. If they need help finding this they can be transferred to WDS for assistance or submit a ticket in their Marketing services to have our builders update their plugins for them.

No, we will only the plugins listed on https://features.wdsgallery.com/ are approved for our builders to install and we will not install, troubleshoot, or install any plugins not listed there.
Yes, Marketing Services will install 3rd party plugins for the customer. However, we will not support/troubleshoot a customer’s 3rd party plugins.
Customers can upgrade at any time. The only time they would need to repurchase a full new build is if we have completed the build & they want to move to a different platform.
