Accessing Gravity Forms Settings

Access from Gravity Forms
  1. Navigate to the main Gravity Forms page where all forms are listed.
  2. Hover over a form to reveal the “Settings” option.
  3. From the “Settings” dropdown, you can select between “Form Settings,” “Confirmations,” and “Notifications.”
Access from a specific Gravity Form
  1. If you are already viewing a specific form:
    • Locate the settings menu at the top of the page.
    • Similar options are available here: “Form Settings,” “Confirmations,” and “Notifications.”

Edit Settings

Form Settings
  1. Form Title: Change the form title to better reflect its purpose, especially useful if managing multiple forms.
  2. Anti-Spam Honeypot: Enable this feature to help prevent spam submissions.
  3. Click “Save Confirmation” after making adjustments.
Editing Confirmations

Confirmations are messages or actions that occur after a form submission.

  1. Access the “Confirmations” section from the settings.
  2. Typically, a default confirmation is present which can be edited by clicking on it.
  3. Customize the message directly or set it to redirect to another page or a specific URL.
  4. Click “Save Confirmation” after making adjustments.
Notifications

Notifications are emails sent after a form is submitted, typically to the site admin.

  1. From Email: Ensure this is set to a domain-based email to prevent issues with email delivery.
  2. Subject: Use a unique subject line, preferably incorporating merge tags to ensure each email is distinct and less likely to be caught by spam filters.
  3. Edit the message content using merge tags or custom text to suit your needs.
  4. Click “Update Notification” or “Save” if creating a new notification.
