W+M Shop Limits

  • All Websites + Marketing plans have a maximum limit of 50 total pages regardless of the plan.
  • Each created page can hold a maximum of 20 sections of content per page. This does not include the header and footer section.
  • The image below is a table of text limits for each section in Websites + Marketing.
  • Websites + Marketing cannot be used with any standalone SSL certificate only the built in one. SSLs are available in all markets and resellers.
  • SEV should be setup in the Websites + Marketing dashboard and comes with the Standard tier and higher.
    • The standalone SEV plans will not work with Websites + Marketing.
  • File uploads are limited to 20 total uploaded files with a limit of 30 MB per file.
  • Image gallery is limited to 250 images per gallery, regardless of plan.
    • You can upload multiple images at once on PC by holding the control key and selecting the image files you want to upload from your computer.
  • Limit of 15 PayPal buttons total can be used per site. This is only available on Standard plans or higher.
  • Connections feature is limited to a max of 1000 Members

Websites + Marketing Ecommerce limits

Commerce Limits

  • Total Categories are limited to 150 total.
  • Each product has a limit of 10 images that can be used.
  • Websites + Marketing Ecommerce is limited to 5000 total products
  • Bulk import limit is 100 products at a time.

Websites + Marketing Ecommerce product option limits

  • Products are limited to a total of 3 Options (ex: Color, Size, etc).
  • Options are limited to 100 unique values, which are shared across all products (ex: Red, Green, Blue, Small, Medium, Large).
  • A product can only have a total of 250 Option combinations (ex: 3 colors x 3 sizes = 9 combinations).
    • Note: We are unable to increase the option limitations, they are set to protect the integrity of the page load time the site takes.

Text Notification Limit

  • The feature allows for the seller to receive SMS texts to notify of new orders. This feature is limited to 10 digit US numbers. Other countries will be notified via the standard email notification.
    • Note: The current numbers that OLS SMS sender from are: 18338643859, 18338643854, and 18338643855.

Option and choice limits

Your store can have up to three options for each product, and up to 100 choices for your entire store. This improves your store’s online performance since it’s easier for customers to buy products when they aren’t overwhelmed by a long list of choices.

  • Note: What’s the difference between a product option and a choice? Size is a single product option; Small, Medium and Large are choices.

While most store owners never exceed the 100 choices limit, there are workarounds that still provide customers a clear way to find the choices they want.

  • Use the Description: Create general product options rather than specific ones. For example, don’t include the dimensions for every Small, Medium and Large choice you create. Instead, include those details in the product Description like these pillow dimensions.
  • Separate option choices: Create separate Options for a product. For example, you could use Size and Multi-Packs as pillow options, which gives customers more choices.
