W+M Contact Forms

W+M only allows certain fields in a contact form:

• Name
• Email
  • This is a required field and cannot be adjusted or removed.
• Message
• File Attachments
  • Customers can attach up to 10 files. Each file must be less than 10 MB and the total size of all attachments must be less than 15MB. Customers may send the following file types:
    • Media: .jpg, jpeg, .jpe, .png, .gif, .mp4, .m4a, .vid, .qt, .mov, .mpeg, .mpga, .mp2, .mp2a, .mp3, .m2a, .m3a, .msvideo, .ogg, .3gpp, .webm, .webp, .flac, .wav, .tiff, .mkv, .mk3d and .mks.
    • Docs: .doc, .docx, .dot, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .odp, .odt, .potx, .ppsx, .pdf, .txt, .text, .conf, .def, .list, .log, .in and .ini.
    • Other: .zip, .otf, .woff and .woff2.
• Phone Number
• Single Line Text
• Multi Line Text

Additional noteworthy items:

• You can have up to 14 fields total.
• Conditional logic is NOT currently an option.
• You can list multiple email addresses to send the form to by separating with a comma. Keep in mind that you are only allowed 50 characters here.
• There is an invisible reCAPTCHA system in place to help prevent spam.
• The forms automatically collect entries and add the info to the connections list.

If you need more customization on your form, we recommend using a 3rd party system, like JotForms, and embedding the form on the site using an HTML block
