GD Core 3.11.1 Patch – GD Core plugin goes missing

Where’s GD cORe?

We have identified a bug within GD Core in all versions before 3.11.1, that will cause the GD Core plugin to go missing when any other plugin is updated. Have no fear, we are currently working on a fix. All you need to do is submit an internal ticket.

Please do not update plugins/ do not attempt to add or restore GD Core, do not make changes to the site/hosting.

Submit a new work ticket or clarification with the following instructions:

1. Verify that you are working with a DIFY WordPress instance.
2. If you are unsure to the cause of the problem, check in with BOTD.
3. Create a ticket!
   • When discovered work with your leaders to create the best fit PPT, Revision, or Marketing Services ticket describing the issue and any known impact to the site. Make sure the ticket is routed to the Internal Builder group.
   • IF you have encountered a site that is currently missing the GD Core plugin and can open a Clarification, set the Clarification Type to Technical/Backend Setup Issue -> Plugin or Theme Issue
   • IF you have encountered a site already in a Clarification, you can transition the Content Clarification Type to Technical/Backend Setup Issue -> Plugin or Theme Issue
4. In all cases add the label nogdcore to the Clarification subtask or work ticket after it is created. (This will aid us in identifying and tracking these tickets for more rapid resolution)
