Clarifications: Vendor Builder Getting “Access Denied” Error

You may occasionally receive a clarification where a vendor builder is reporting that they’re not able to access the site and are receiving an error that reads “Access Denied – GoDaddy Website Firewall” as seen in the screenshot below.

How to Handle It

If this happens the clarification was improperly handled and routed and should be returned to the builder. You should advise them to search the error message on the Style Guide and provide them with the following link, which will provide instructions for how they need to proceed:
